I can just picture you, Jason, wondering what the heck was going on, as you stood waiting. Travel definitely opens one's mind to alternate ways of thinking and behaving! Possible lessons learned: 1) take care of stuff like that when in more urban areas (but then you would have missed this experience); 2) carry a dictionary of English to (German/French/Spanish) or get one of those electronic gadgets where you can type in a word and it will give you the translation; again, you might have to purchase something like that in Hong Kong or Tokyo That nun looked cute!
