Our friend Harumi took us out to lunch to a Peruvian-Japanese fusion restaurant for an AMAZING 7-course meal prepared by legendary chef Humberto Sato. Euphoric flavor combinations with every bite. The flaming salted incased fish with quite the performance. It’s sort of like the Peruvian equivalent to Mexican fajitas that come out on a sizzling platter.
